Sweeps Festival 2018 The May Day bank holiday weekend means Sweeps Festival in Rochester, Kent. Three days of folk music, morris dance, beer, thousands of people and general eccentricity. All the shops, pubs and businesses get involved, selling their wares on the streets or making extra special displays. This year was warm, sunny (it is not always) and a great atmosphere.  A roll of Kodak Gold 200 loaded into my Praktica J2 meant a chance at some street photography, a mixture of posed shots and candid moments.
